Moroccan Mint Iced Tea Keeping with tradition, this blend of Chinese green tea, cured mint leaves and a touch of natural lemon flavor is smooth, nutty, and rounded with invigorating citrus and an undeniably soothing, ethereal presence.
Hot Steeping Method * Measure 1 Tbsp of loose-leaf tea for every 8 oz of water. * Place the tea into the teapot, tea sack, brew basket, or bottom of a French press. * Fill your brewing vessel with water just off a boil. * Steep the tea for 4 minutes and remove the used tea leaves or dispense the brewed tea. * Allow the tea to cool at least room temperature or refrigerate before serving over ice.
Cold Steeping Method * Measure out 3-4 Tbsp or 12-15 grams into a 1quart lidded container. * Fill the container with cold water and refrigerate at least 8 hours. * Strain and serve.
